What is VOIP?

Voice over Internet Protocol, also called IP telephony, is a method and group of technologies for the delivery of voice communications and multimedia sessions over Internet Protocol networks, such as the Internet

 

How does VOIP work?

VoIP system works by taking your analogue voice signals, converting them into digital signals, then sending them as data over your broadband line. It’s a very useful way of making calls – for a start, once it’s set up it’s a lot cheaper than using normal phone lines.

 

How do i get VOIP?

It is as easy as sending a WhatsApp or emailing us.

How do I port my number?

All it takes is a letter which we will provide with your letterhead, accompanied with a copy of your current telephone bill not older than 3 months, and a copy of your directors ID. The rest is left to us to complete.

 

How do I get my voice recordings/reports/stats?

It is as simple as logging onto the login portal using your username and password that was received on email on sign up.

 

Can I use my current handset?

As long as the handset has VOIP capabilities it can be set up on our system.

 

Can/How do I use my mobile phone?

As long as you have a smart phone or device with Google Play Store or Apple Store you can download any VOIP / SIP app, and use our system.
