When do I get billed?

You get billed on a monthly basis on the last day of the month.

 

How do I get my statements?

All billing is based on how many minutes your establishment has used over the course of the month, which will include all your services.

 

When do I have to pay my bill?

We give our clients 7 days from invoice to make payment.

 

Can I check my account online?

You are able to view your minute usage via the online portal.
